How Our Waitlists Work
Two pathways home
Choose the option that best fits your family.
1. The Traditional Waitlist
Our standard pathway to a new best friend.
- When it opens: This waitlist opens when a litter reaches 4 weeks of age.
- Securing your spot: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to claim your place in line.
- Kitten selection: Choosing your specific kitten begins at 10 weeks of age.
- Payment timeline: Your full balance must be paid by 16 weeks of age, or before your scheduled pickup date—whichever comes first.
- Important note: All payments must be fully completed and cleared in advance of the pickup date.
- Delivery: Kitten pricing does not include delivery. Delivery is a separate fee calculated based on your specific location.
2. The VIP Program
Skip the line and get early selection benefits.
- Securing your spot: The VIP program requires the full kitten price to be paid upfront to join.
- Early selection window: VIP members get exclusive early access! You will select your kitten between 8 and 10 weeks of age (before the traditional waitlist begins selection).
- Priority logistics: Joining the VIP program allows for early delivery scheduling to ensure a smooth transition.
- Delivery: Kitten pricing does not include delivery. Delivery is a separate fee calculated based on your specific location.
